The instant my clothing rubbed against my skin, it felt like sand paper, causing me to let out a low yelp of pain. At first, I thought that I might have gotten a bad rash from somewhere but it felt the same everywhere my clothing touched my skin. At a loss for an explanation, I grabbed some fresh clothes and hurried into the shower.
"Man, this driving me crazy!" I said to myself, turning on the water. "What happened, I feel as if I fallen onto a nest of fire ants in the middle of the night!"
The water gave little comfort to the burning and itching sensation so I tried some body wash my mom had purchased for sensitive skin and tried that, thinking it might help. Fortunately, it did the trick but I never saw any body wash lather up so much, it was surprising. I used mom's shampoo for my hair as my scalp was itching just as bad. "Why not?" I thought, "What's the worst that can happen?"
After I had finished my shower, my own question answered itself. I felt oddly cool and was puzzled to find a fine black powder running down the drain. For a moment, I thought it was that black powder that was making me itch until I noticed why I had felt so strangely cool. My entire body, minus my head, was completely devoid of hair! I touched one leg and found it to feel like silk and cringed slightly. "That's the last time I use that stuff." I whispered. "On the bright side, I don't itch anymore."
Still feeling uneasy about my arms and legs looking like that of a girl, I stepped out of the shower and began to towel dry. It was a new sensation, having silk smooth skin as the towel glided across my body and it unnerved me that I was starting to like it. Upon drying my hair, I noticed that it seemed fuller, thicker and decided to have a quick look at myself in the mirror. That was when I received another surprise, my hair was at least four inches longer than before. I stared at it, my mouth open as I knew hair did not grow that fast. "It's almost touching my shoulders!" I said, surprised. "What kind of crap does mom use on herself!?"
