For an evil brat, well from your presective at least, Hannah is quite smart. Putting a fast acting spell on you would expose her powers to Mom and your other sisters. Putting on on you that takes at least a month, would make it more feasible that Hayley and or especially Mel, decided to mess with you. What Hannah didn't think is that your sisters would turn you into an older girl, not a seven year old. Hannah smiles and casts her spell at you. You don't even notice.
