Her simple farming clothes dirty and slightly torn, a peasant woman maybe in her early twenties rushes towards you away from a large hole in the center of the dirt clearing. A swarm of long black things rush from the hole hot on her heels.
"Help, traveler, please!", she gasps, "The Millipede Queen cannot be far behind me, and she's already angry I have escaped. We need to get back to the town as soon as- AHAHAHAHA!"
The lady screeches as dozens of millipedes crawl up her legs. You don't understand why she is making such a racket until you look closer- making sure to keep a distance from the insects of course. To your surprise they are... tickling her? Though she manages to knock off a few she soon collapses to the ground, hundreds of millipedes crawling in and out of her loose clothing, waving their little legs and feelers all over her armpits, breasts, feet, and thighs. It's pretty gross but you know you can't intervene or they will swarm you too. After another minute the poor girl is dragged into another smaller hole off to the side, still thrashing and struggling.
Before you can follow her you hear a loud crawling noise to your right. It's her, the Millipede Queen! The insect woman's body stretches back into the pit she came from; hundreds if not thousands of pairs of tiny, hair-like legs extend from her shiny brown carapace. This carapace tilts up near the front, where her very human upperbody sits above the many forward-facing legs.
You size her up for weak points. Her body is tilted up near the front, between her forward-facing legs on the front a fleshy underside lies exposed.
If not for the insect body you'd have to admit she would have looked very pretty: she has short black hair, dark eyeliner, a large chest covered by a shell-like bra, and a muscular physique. She looks at you with her dark eyes.
"Mmm. More fun? That peasant girl was getting less entertaining every minute. But an adventurer like you could prove amusing for quite a while. Why don't you come over here and play a bit?"
You aren't going to take this monster's teasing. You draw your sword, four feet of sharp steel, and walk forward, ready to strike.
