Sakura and the others hobbled over to a shadowy alleyway, clutching their now grumbling stomachs with pain. Ino ran to a bucket and frantically pulled down her skirt and underwear and squatted above the opening. Hinata walked awkwardly over to the corner of a brick building and tried her best not to make a mess of herself as she pooped a large load, moaning.
Sakura walked towards a small hole in the ground, but tripped and fell on a stone and land facefirst into the ground. She frantically tried to get up, but she had relaxed herself during the fall and diarrhea was already all over her underwear.
Sakura groaned as she painfully pushed out the remaining liquefied brown nuggets, her legs and butt covered with diarrhea and chunks of feces. Ino and Hinata were still holding their stomachs, finishing up their business too.
Just then, the sound of whistling could be heard from a distance outside the alley. As it drew nearer, Naruto's voice could be heard. "Ew, what smells so...bad in here?" Naruto questioned with disgust. The three ninjas tried to keep silent as Naruto slowly crept in to investigate.
