How about that's just the way the world is?

Where the Naruto world is dominated by giant muscular women with an amazonian way of life? The women/girls are ranging from different sizes from 15 feet to 50 feet in height, who are either in constant heat or just search, kidnap/steal the men and/or boys they find interest in, to claim as their husbands and prepare their meals, raise their daughters until their ready to be kunoichi and basically be slaves/lovers to the women.
