A half-brother and sister, Mo and Sam, can give themselves any power they want for the day, but the power is only partial and faulty when used individually. They have to hold hands for the full effect, or else be forced to endure a day of whacky hijinx. Admittedly, they're not too heroic, but the show is still charming.
