Ok, what about this; Timmy has a small (heh) urge or curiosity to try again his subsuit mostly because he is bored and want to have some fun as Cosmo and Wanda are out to Fairy World and he can't make wishes for the time being, from thee he can do whatever he want as the entire world he is now is his own landscape with multiple options. As a Boy reaching puberty, there are other options involving the multiple girls of the series he want to reach, unfortunately, this would involve of getting the risk of being discovered and become toy to their enjoyment.
