The second the necklace went around his neck Tsunade felt pleasure a bit not sure what was going on, but due to his large chakra she was unable to fight it off and then hearts appeared in her eyes before disappearing, she smiled warmly and kissed him on the forehead.

"Such a weak hag you've become." Orochimaru taunted before Tsunade moved and kicked him.
"H...how?!" Orochimaru demanded.
"That's because I'm Konohas' fifth Hokage!" Tsunade replied, bleeding but still standing, Shizune went over to guard Naruto but she didn't touch him yet. Orochimaru was angry and her and Jiraya both summoned their summons, Kabuto helped Orochimaru summon his.
