Marr's First Fight

Marr floated silently at the center of the Arena, eyes-to-face with David. The werewolf would be trouble, but Marr was not afraid. With sickle and claws the only solid part of him, he knew it was a very long chance that David would hit his one weak point, his glowing red eyes. He has no hope, a mere creature of flesh.
The Arena master was anxious to get the fight started, and quickly announced the grandeur of the Arena and its fights before dropping the red cloth he held.
As it fluttered to the ground, the fight was joined.
