Sandwiched

"Boy, am I tired!" Beth suddenly yawns. Before you can react in any way, her titanic torso descends upon you, and you are sandwiched between her back and her mattress. Could this day get any worse?
"Bfff mph flff pff mph!" you shout in protest, but your calls are muffled.
"Sorry Ant, but I can't hear you! You are just too... small!" she giggles. "I'm going to take a nap now. Be good, won't you?" she continues in a sweet voice.

Well, you are trapped for the time being. No doubt you would be shifted to different positions as Beth turns over occasionally, but apart from that, it would be a pretty boring time until she wakes up. What should you do during this time?
