She woke up, still inside of Blaze's body, her head throbbing as she groaned, more thoughts flooding into her mind... They felt less like memories and more like plans... Was she trying to figure things out? "I'm sorry..." She whispered to herself, and then felt confused. "I don't want this either, but I have to..." She blinked, frowning... There were no returning thoughts, just a feeling of confusion... It felt like she was talking to herself. She probably was, too.
After a bit, those same thoughts, of plans of escape entered her head... She was not going to stand idly by and allow herself to be used to control this... Blaze. Her hands tensed as they erupted into flame. She grabbed hold of the bars as they began to become red hot and melt.
"I won't just stand here and let this body rot..." Even now, using phrases like 'this body' was confusing her... The thoughts wondering why she chose such phrasing... It hit her, then... She was Blaze, deep inside of her mind... Blaze's own thoughts were still going on, but it was her choice, not Blaze's, on which to act upon. That would be useful... If she avoided using the wrong kind of wording, then Blaze wouldn't know the difference between actually being in control or not.
The bars soon completely melted as alarms went off. She quickly dashed off, leaving a trail of flame behind her as she sped through the compound. More and more of Blaze's abilities seemed to become natural to their new owner. Flashes of memory came through her head... There were others that were captured as well. She had to rescue them...! At least, that's what Blaze wished...
