Kate then got a great idea to torture Jon; she started moving her big and second toes back and forth. This was like grinding a bit of dirt between her toes, expect the bit was Jon. He screamed and told her to stop, but she just kept on going. Eventually, Jon was getting battered from Kate moving them against each other.
