You look over the shelf where you got Blaze's clothes, and see the seven Sol Emeralds just sitting there, as well as a fistful of rings. You're a bit surprised by this, before you remember that the note said that almost all items the character had owned at some point would be on the shelves for the owner to use.
You realize that you could easily take any items from any character wherever you wanted to, but decide to keep it simple for now and just just take the rings and Sol Emeralds for now. You reach out to take an emerald, only to find that once you grab it, it disappears!
You wonder where it went, before reaching behind you and pulling the emerald seemingly out of thin air. Oh! You think. Sonic characters use Hammerspace to keep their stuff from becoming a hinderence. You pick up the other six emeralds and a few rings, before heading into the center of the warehouse.
As the note described, in the center of the room is a large cylindrical machine, connected to what lookslike a fairly old supercomputer, designed to transport people who had worn the suits to the series where their character belonged. You start the machine up, following the steps the machine gives you carefully.
When it asks you to choose what time to enter the series, you pick a week after the events of Sonic Rush Adventure. The machine informs you that you will be placed where Blaze would normally be at that point in time, and asks if you are sure you want to proceed.
"Very yes!" You say, clicking yes.
The doors to the cylinder open, and you step into the dark machine. You hear a hum from the machine, and feel a blast of energy, knocking you out.
You wake up in a large, comfortable bed, in a dark, but elegantly decorated room. You look out of a large window, near a door to a balcony, and see the moon and stars shining brightly in the night sky. Turning around, you head to the only other door in the room, trying to figure out where you are.
When you open it however, you open it too quickly, and accidentally knock over a koala in uniform.
"Ow! Assassins! Somebody sound the alarm!" He hurriedly picks himself up off the ground and points his spear at you. "You're not going anywhere...." He stops when he gets a better look at you. "Your majesty!" He says with a tone of shame in his voice. "Pardon me, your majesty. I'm a bit jumpy tonight."
"It's alright, Guardon." You tell him, Blaze's memories automatically telling you the captain of the guard's name. "I'm feeling disoriented myself. I think I need a quick walk to get my bearings."
"As you you wish, your majesty." Guardon says. "Just be careful not to spook my troops."
You give a thankful nod, and start your slow walk down the halls of what you guess to be Blaze's palace. Beautiful vases, plants, and statues, as well as decorative weapons and suits of armor line the halls. All the doors are closed, and aside from the guards, there aren't any people, but you chalk that up to the fact that you are apparently up so late.
As you come back to your room, you can't help but wonder if you might get a chance to meet Sonic and his friends tomorrow, before remembering that Blaze lives a dimension apart from them, meaning the chances of that aren't promising.
But, You think as you close the door to Blaze's room. That doesn't mean I can't have an adventure of my own tomorrow! And with that, you curl up into Blaze's bed and go to sleep.
