A bright idea

After walking in almost complete darkness for the last fifteen minutes Frank was glad when he finally came upon the small abandoned electronics store. The lights inside were all off except for one dying light flickering on and off in the back. "I best be quick or that light might go out while I'm inside." Frank said as he walked into the store. It was hard to see anything, but Frank could make out most of the objects as he moved past the shelves quickly yet quietly. He soon came upon a stand with all types of batteries lined up on it in neat little rows. Frank took as many as he could fit in his pockets and made sure to take as many different types as possible to make sure he would have what he needed when and if he found a flashlight. Soon after Frank had finished collecting batteries he came upon some small hand radios sitting on a shelf. He picked one up and tried turning it on to see if he could find out anything about the zombies that had appeared only five days ago. All the radio seemed to pick up was static so Frank shut it off, but decided to take it with him just in case. He continued his search and found himself at the back wall in no time. If he didn't find a flashlight here he would have to leave. Fortunately he came across a row of flashlights about halfway through the shelf. He took 2 of them (a large handheld flashlight and a smaller one that barely fit into his battery-stuffed pocket) and started walking back towards the entrance with his new flashlight in his right hand and his gun in his left. Frank was about to walk back outside when he saw something move near a bench. It stayed low to the ground and seemed to walk on all four of its legs. Frank was sure it hadn't seen him yet so he...
