Ike took a step forward and knelled down to the oddly colored flower and gave it a few seconds of more though. Closing his eyes, he plucked the delicate flower from it's soil and held it in his hand, half expecting to go up in flames or something along those lines. All of the mages clenched and inhaled sharply upon seeing the ranger pluck it. He stood there awkwardly for a moment before shrugging. "I think that may be a fantasy."
"The books couldn't have lied, could they?" The shaman mumbled to himself, "Or maybe the affects simply need more time." The priestess sighed in relief.
"Let's just be glad that he isn't cursed now." She smiled slightly turning for the path away from the flower location. "We better get it back to the Crimean Capital before something happens to you." Ike followed after her feeling perfectly fine. The flower didn't see to have been harmed in the process and nothing seemed to be going wrong. They reached the Crimean University where they kept the specimen in it's own container and thanked Ike for his services and let him go on his way. His mercenary company was in town for the day doing their separate missions to pay the bill and he had just gotten back from his own. While walking through the streets he started feeling dizzy, causing him to fall off to the side of a path.
"I hope I don't start regretting that now..." Ike was referring to the flower. He finally passed out, landing against the wall.
