Gina's heart raced at 120 beats per minute. Not from the strain of the normally far to difficult exercise but from excitement. She could not believe what she just had done. She had never really done anything on those gymnastic rings and now she performed a perfect exercise no Olympic athlete could do. And yet it was quite easy. She had held a Maltese Cross for over 30 seconds without the slightest struggle, even when she wasn't supposed to hold it for a single second. And then she had jumped of the rings with a back flip perfectly landing on both feet like on autopilot. She felt so strong, so good, so energized. She must be a lot stronger than she looked.
Unnoticed by Gina and Dennis, Gina's muscles has grown a bit in size and definition. Her arms showed a nice biceps, her flat stomach a hard six pack. But her strength has increased even more drastically making her several times stronger than she looked like.
Gina had not much time to think about the strange but exciting experience as she was flashed by the light of the camera, as Dennis did another picture.

Dennis on the other site was quite amazed by the extraordinary gymnastic skills of Gina. He thought, that she would just some loses hanging or easy rolling or something like this, but her move was really professional. He was not really familiar with gymnastics and the rings. Otherwise he would know that his friend should not be able to do this. But Dennis just thought that she had trained a lot and was really into gymnastics.
Dennis lifted the camera as she was just about to dismount. He just pressed the trigger as she was doing a back flip. One second later, the whole room was filled with the flashlight of the camera.
Dennis thoughts drifted as he captured the picture. What would she look like with bigger muscles? How strong was she really? What if she had even more gymnastic skills? He thought also about the perfect back flip. It actually looked like she was flying.
Lost in thoughts and not knowing that he was the root cause of Gina's amazing skills, the strong girl began to change once more...
