After a long and very awkward talk, Jill (the original) realized that Steven would never turn back. Ever. And she couldn't really blame him.
So, they decided upon being twin sisters. The original Jill thought there was no way this would work, since she'd have to deal with her family and friends and so forth. Would they really believe her? But then again, they had the necklace.
In an instant, reality was rewritten that there were two Jills. There was the original "Jill", who insisted on keeping her name and there was "Jillian", the person formely known as Steven. Though Steven no longer existed. He never did except to the two of them. Yet the necklace remained.
Just in case one of them realized something bad would happen because of the necklace, the necklace was made into two necklaces, one for each of them. And they took them everywhere, scared of what could happen if someone else got their hands on them.
When school started the next day, Jill and Jillian were the two most popular girls in school. Jill was still a cheerleader (the head cheerleader, no less), where Jillian decided to take up gymnastics and excelled at it.
Everyone wanted them and both enjoyed this. In fact, even though their lives were so...changed...they become quickly like best friends and then eerily, just like sisters.
The two were inseperable until they started feeling some "side effects" of what the necklace did to them. Steven's previous lust for Jill came up, as both started developing some lesbian tendencies to each other...and they loved it. But they had to hide it, since they were "sisters" now. Soon though, they pushed aside their "feelings" for each other. Or so they thought.
On the other hand, them being "together" took a toll too. Sometimes they would talk at the same time, move at the same time and do everything in unison briefly. It was like their minds were sometimes one.
The necklaces somehow decided to do something to the next day.
