You went through the Casey door to find yourself in an open field. As you looked around, you noticed there were two people arguing. Not just arguing, but battling too.
"Elekid, use Shock Wave now!" A girl's voice said you looked and saw it was Casey, the baseball fanatic.
Staru, dodge and use Swift!" came the other trainer's voice. You didn't recognize him, but back to the battle, Shock Wave hit Staru and KO'd it. That doofus must not've known that Shock Wave never misses.
"I told you I'd win! Team Electabuzz always will be better than you Starmie weaklings." Casey said as the other trainer returned his pokemon. Casey's Elekid was doing some kind of Victory pose that looked like Hulk Hogan's pose. Then it suddenly started to glow and evolved into Electabuzz. Casey was even more thrilled now and the "nobody trainer" just ran off.
You approached Casey and congratulated her and introduced yourself. After that, you and her talked a little and she told you that guy was a fan of Team Starmie. You knew that Team Starmie and Team Electabuzz were arch rivals and said she was right about everything. Then you told her she could evove her Electabuzz with an Electorixer, which you had. She asked where to get one and you said she can have yours if she beats you in a battle.
"Well wait a second. What's in it for you? There's no way you would be this nice to a total stranger for nothing." Casey said. You blushed and looked down at her feet trying to think of something. Then her socks caught your eye.
"If I win, I want your socks you're wearing." You said. Casey gave you a look as if you'd sprouted an extra head.
"Why would you want my socks?" she asked in confusion. You told her you wanted them because they were official Team Electabuzz clothing and you were collecting Team Electabuzz merchandise. She was still skeptical but agreed, saying she cannot loose now that she has an Electabuzz. The two of you began, it was her Electabuzz against your Magmar.
The battle conduced when her Electabuzz lauched a Charge Beam attack that colided with your Magmar's Lava Plume attack. There was a burst of smoke and when it cleard the winner was declared.
