Andrew and Alex are hanging at the mall resting on a bench. Alex is eating an ice cream while Andrew is sipping a soda. He puts the can down on a nearby planter box to tie his shoe unaware that a hand comes into view and pours a green solution into his drink. Alex finishes and says to Alex that his new shoes look great, but retying them every five minutes sucks. Alex laughs and says to him that he likes his slip-on shoes with no laces. Alex shows them off, even kicking one off and showing his white no sock.
Andrew takes another sip of his soda and says back to Alex that he wants to get some, but his parents can’t afford two pairs of shoes for him. He takes a big swig of soda and throws the can in the trash. As he gets up, he feels dizzy and sits back down. Alex asks him if he is okay and Andrew replies that he felt dizzy. They sit there for a little while longer before trying to get up again. Alex happens to look down at Andrew’s shoes and notices that they are now stretched and Andrew’s ankles look like they are swollen. Andrew looks down at his shoes and notices the material ripping exposing his blue socks. He tries to toe them off, but they seem stuck, so he asks for Alex’s help. Alex grabs hold of Andrew’s shoe and pulls and tugs, finally getting it off the foot knocking him back. He gets the other shoe off with the same result and is amazed at seeing Andrew’s socked feet slowly get bigger.
Soon, Andrew’s socks begin to rip exposing his tan bare skin of each foot. He peels them off completely and is shocked at how large his toes are. Alex tells Andrew that they better find some help before his feet grow anymore. Andrew asks Alex to help him up and tries to walk. Alex wraps Andrew’s arm around his neck and helps Andrew walk barefoot to the security desk.
Before getting there, a guard intercepts them and tells Andrew that he can’t be barefoot and to wear either shoes or flops. Alex tells the guard about his friend’s feet growing and ruining his new shoes and socks. The guard help Andrew along with Alex inside the security office. Andrew feels strange and sits down on a chair feeling his t shirt becoming tight along with his pants. Alex suggests that he take them off before they rip, so Andrew pulls off his pants and shirt. Andrew’s chest and arms are bigger and full of muscle. His bare legs are in the same manner. Alex chuckles saying I wonder if your manhood grows bigger too? Andrew opens his boxers a little and notices it has grown but not too much.
A supervisor comes in and checks on Andrew asking him what had happened. Andrew tells him about relaxing and drinking a soda with his friend Alex a little while ago. Alex pipes in saying his friend felt dizzy, so he sat down to rest. That’s when his shoes, then his socks started to rip. The supervisor looks down at Andrew’s giant size bare feet and the rest of his giant size body. He is surprised at their appearance asking what foot size was Andrew originally. Andrew responds saying an eleven. Alex pipes in that he has a size twelve and half and now Andrew had bigger feet than him. Alex slips off his shoes and peels off his socks and compares his now dwarf-size bare feet to that of Andrew’s bare feet. Andrew’s has doubled in length and covers Alex’s ten bare toes with one big foot. Alex says very funny.
The supervisor calls the paramedics which come a few minutes later and begin to take Andrew’s vitals. One of them asks Alex to quickly run in bare feet and retrieve the soda can from the garbage can. Alex takes off barefoot as Andrew feels awful and says he’s going to be sick. The paramedics call the hospital and are advised to give him an IV. The supervisor calls Andrew’s parents and tells them of the situation. He tells the paramedics that Andrew’s parents have given permission for treatment. Alex comes back with the soda can and it is sealed in a zip lock bag. The paramedic notes to Alex that he did that quick. Alex responds saying he’s a runner and can run faster barefooted.
The paramedics need support since Andrew is now larger and heavier to get him to the ambulance. He barely fits inside with one paramedic pressed against the side of the ambulance. They cover him up with a blanket since the only thing Andrew is wearing is his boxers, which are now tight. The ambulance takes off toward the hospital. Alex slips on his shoes without socks and follows behind the ambulance.
