Chapter #4

You can't trust the delivery guy in this town...

''Hunh? What's this?'' the redhead mumbles, spying a suspicious looking package outside her front door, ''aww man, don't tell me it's a gift from a fan...''

Try as she might, Rise can't help but feel a bit resentful every time a gift shows up at her door. Because it means that they've somehow found out where she lives... again.

''Guess I'd better see what it is.'' she groans, noticing that there's no specified name on the package, rather just an address. It does nothing to abate her suspicions, however.

The wrapping comes off almost too easily, and inside of it, Rise finds what appears to be a pair of sunglasses - not unlike the ones she uses in the TV world.

''Uh oh!'' she gasps, almost dropping them from shock, ''does... someone know?!''

The fifteen year old looks around cautiously, trying to see if she's being watched. Her awkward approach makes it obvious that she's onto something, however.

''There's no way anybody could know... right?'' Rise attempts to reassure herself, ''m-maybe it's just a coincidence?''

She takes a good, long look at the shades. Almost identical to her own, the only difference is a weird looking dial on one side of the frame, and a tiny switch on the other, with the letters 'G' and 'S' either side of said switch.

''It is... kinda neat?'' Rise smiles sheepishly, contemplating her next move, ''maybe I should show it to show Yu-senpai...''

After some thought, Rise decides to...
