This past week had been the best week that Alex has ever lived. For the past seven days, Alex has almost been living by the five weight gain tips listed on his favorite site.
1. The only food Alex had been eating is sweets, burgers, and other fried food. He mostly ate sweets though. Sweets were readily available since Alex's mom was a very gifted baker who made her treats with both quality and quantity in mind. Alex's mom also only felt comfortable with a full pantry and fridge; even if all the contents are missing, she wouldn't think anything of it and get started on refilling them. When Alex's mom found out that he was eating her sweets, she was delighted. In the past, neither of her children were big on sweets. Even though Alex's sister, Carly, was a very chubby girl, she hardly ate any of her mom's works. Knowing that at least one of her children appreciated her sweets made her very pleased. She even went out of her way to make even more treats than she usually does, knowing Alex would eat all of them. Alex's mom was also hoping that her skinny boy will now start to put a bit of meat on his bones, finally putting her fears at rest of having an anorexic child. Because of this, she made Alex extra large meals with hearty food such as Mac and Cheese, fried chicken, and sometimes even dessert for a meal. She did not know of his plot, however. To supplement his primarily dessert and fried food diet, Alex walked to the Micky D's that was close to his apartment. He ordered off the dollar menu, usually bought five or six items, and ate it right at the place. Almost every time he went, Alex saw someone staring at him with either disgust, curiosity, or sometimes joy/humor.
2. When Alex ate, boy did he eat. When he ate desserts at home, he almost always brought them to his room, where he would close the door, occasionally strip down to his undies, and pig out; leaving his room with both a bloated belly, and a hunger for more treats which his mother kindly and readily provided. Alex was eating almost 24/7, whether while on the computer, in class, watching TV, or socializing, he was always found with food in his hand.
3. Alex almost never left the house. To pass the time, he either played on his computer or his [insert your console of choice here]. He was also very active on Cubs2chubs, trying to earn a reputation for himself so the likelihood of winning a prize would increase. Because a few of his friends were the sporty type, instead of them doing a physical activity together outdoors, Alex invited them inside to eat treats instead.
4. On the weekdays, Alex would stay up until 2:00 in the morning. On the weekends he would stay up until 5:00. He spent most of that time awake either eating, or playing [insert your console of choice here]. Alex also made sure to spend a good portion of the day asleep.
5. Before he discovered Cubs2chubs, Alex spent his time with friends outside, playing sports. Now, whenever Alex had friends over, they either ate at McDonalds, they ate homemade desserts, or sometimes both the former and latter. When Alex had friends over, his mom was always happy to serve them her desserts. Alex usually had his mother take out a very large amounts of sweets for his friends, even if he only has one friend over; Alex encouraged them to eat all the desserts and their plates were always cleaned. His mom's desserts were famous for being absolutely delectable, the the boys weren't complaining when they were served piles upon piles of the best desserts in town rather than getting sweaty out in the baking sun. By the end of the week, none of Alex's friends were doing any exercising together. Instead, they were all eating cakes, pies, brownies, cookies, and much more. This did have an effect on some of the boys that came frequently. CJ, Alex's best friend for example, (who Carly has a crush on) used to be a skinny lad, until he started eating with Alex. Now, he has a much bigger belly that slightly pokes out of his shirt. Although some of Alex's friends have definitely started to get pudgy, they continued eating the desserts that Alex's mom presented them. In fact, some of them have started eating more, even when they were away from Alex.
It was Saturday evening and some of Alex's friends left his apartment, leaving Alex alone. He was sitting in his computer chair while eating some cookies that his mother made him while browsing his favorite website. He noticed that the shirt he was wearing felt significantly tighter. He started to become very curious about how much he gained over the week.
Alex walked over to his bathroom scale. It read:
