She decided to tickle him first. As they walked in the garage, where Phineas and Ferb had built a cool hangout with a couch, a recliner chair and a plasma screen, including a mini fridge. So as Isabella and Phineas sat on the couch and Ferb looked for some blueprints. Phineas was staring into space, so Isabella poked him in the side. He flinched and half-frowned, half-smiled at her. He poked her back. But Isabella wanted him to tickle her feet. How was she going to do that?
