This choice: Deeper Down the Rabbit Hole. • Go Back...Chapter #6Deeper Down the Rabbit Hole. by: Chaos Kin Eyeing the jagged ends of splintered wood and hard edges of tumbled debris choking the narrow shaft, Anna turns away. Just looking at tight, twisting bends and turns made her skin crawl. The last thing she wanted to do was take unnecessary risks with her health in this foreign world. All it would take is one wrong move to leave her scraped up and bleeding. She doubted that medical supplies were in abundance and an infection could cripple or kill her. No, much better to play it safe.
Brushing away the cobwebs, Anna crouched low to slip through the partially-blocked door into the short hallway. More roots had managed to work their way through the walls and ceiling here and she splashed through shallow puddles of rank, tepid water. Mosses and fungi grew in abundance here and insects skittered away with each careful step she took. Heavy with dust, the webs resisted her passage, falling back to brush across her shoulders and back. The thick mats tickled faintly and Anna couldn't help the few snickered giggles that slipped out of her.
The passage was short and she quickly reached the sliding wall panel that had originally hidden the secret room from her. The mechanisms holding the panel had decayed and collapsed with age, leaving the panel itself leaning askew across the opening. Reaching out, Anna tried sliding it aside. Time and mounding debris had stuck it in place, however and it simply quivered at her tentative shove. Frowning, she adjusted her grip and tried again, grunting with the strain. The panel had to move. If it didn't, the, she'd be left with no choice but to brave the twisting shaft.
Fumbling around in the dim light, Anna's foot came down on a patch of slick, muddy water. With a squealing yelp her feet shoot out to one side and she toppled forward. There was a loud, hollow THUMP as her shoulder cracked against the panel and a dry, crackling groan as it was dislodged and fell inward. Time slowed to a crawl, her eyes widening in alarm. She watched the panel fall, already bracing herself for the...
CRASH
Cringing against the resounding rattle of the panel slamming to the floor, Anna stood frozen, barely daring to breathe in the ensuing silence. Massive clouds of dust billowed up, sweeping into the narrow passage and blinding her. Recoiling, Anna threw a protective hand in front of her face, doubling over from the forceful sneeze that wracked her in the dust cloud's wake. The dust was everywhere, suffocating as it filled her nose and mouth, bringing on a fit of sneezes and coughing.
Scrambling through into the ruins of her bedroom, Anna half-collapsed against the wall; coughing, sneezing and gasping frantically for air.
Long minutes passed before Anna managed to straighten, still coughing fitfully. Almost at once she felt her heart sink and a hard lump form in her throat. The shelves that had once held her treasured nick-knacks and mementos were gone; fallen to the floor and rotted away if not carried off by scavengers. Scattered shards of glass and ceramic ground into the dirt and filth layered across the floor were all that remained. In the far corner, only a few splintered chunks - too small to be of use - was all that was left of her dresser. In the other corner, near the door, a corner of empty mirror frame jutted up from a pile of fallen debris where her vanity once sat. Directly to her left, the bare metal frame of her bed, turned solidly to rust, lay upon the ground; one corner tilted up slightly where the frame had become twisted. Graffiti was painted across every open surface of wall available. Overlapping three or four times in places, parts of words or pictures were cut off where sections of wall had fallen in later. Grim evidence of just how far she'd traveled.
Not finding anything of use, Anna made for the far door. Half-way there, a wave of dizziness hits her and she stumbles, barely catching up against a length of wood. Leaning against the beam, panting faintly, she brushed trembling fingers against a forehead suddenly slick with sweat. A shiver passes through her but not from any chill. A faint warmth ripples through her body from head to toe. Anna's face burns scarlet as she feels her nipples stiffen to points and her pussy start to tingle and grow moist.
Clenching her thighs together, Anna moaned helplessly as another wave of warmth set her nipples to tingling and a single bead of moisture slid down her leg. Her head felt fuzzy, like it was packed with wool. The rhythmic thrumming of her pulse was deafeningly load. It was hard to focus, to think. Was that the floor under her knees? When had she fallen?
Gasping for air, eyes fluttering, Anna slid one hand down her chest, gently cupping the modest swell of her tiny breast. Of their own accord, her fingers plucked and pinched her nipple, drawing a pleasured gasp from the insensate girl. "Ohhh yes," she moaned in a voice heavily slurred. "Fuck me please." Her hips rocked back and forth, juices slicking her inner thighs from a pussy now dripping wet and throbbing with need.
Another rippling wave of white-hot heat suffused her, setting her clit afire with buzzing tingles. Throwing her head back, Anna wailed, hand diving between her legs to seek out that tingling button. A fingertip, grazing the top of the hood, the mountainous swell of sudden orgasm welling up inside. Her whole body tensed and...
With the passing of that final wave, the tingles subsided; as quickly as they'd hit her, Anna was suddenly left gasping with only the memory of arousal. Her nipples softened as her head cleared, the knot of flame in her nether lips cooling. Within the span of a heartbeat, she was blinking in stunned confusion with only thighs stained down to the knees and a pussy sodden with juices as the only sign something had happened. And the faintest sense of frustration and lingering desire.
"Wha...what the f-fuck was that?" she whimpered, sinking back on her heels and trembling. "Did...did I...?"
The sound of something scrambling about nearby drew Anna's attention and she bolted upright, heart suddenly hammering. She froze, straining to listen. When she heard nothing, she slowly crept to the door. She peered out at the ruins of her basement, now nothing more than a hole in the ground that was almost entire open to the clear evening sky above. Luckily, a relatively intact section of the roof had collapsed into the hole, providing a flat, easy slope up to the ground floor.
Mindful of her nakedness and the sound she had heard, Anna picked her way up the slope carefully. Head sweeping back and forth quickly, eyes searching the shadows and piles of refuse, she scrambled up and out. A wildly overgrown bush grew right next to the open foundations, some of its roots actually hanging over the edge and grasping to the deteriorating cinder blocks. She darted towards it, crouching low behind its tangled snarl of leafy branches to hide.
It was then, peeking out between the branches, that Anna spotted it. Crouched low, a small form crept low across the ground along the far side of the basement foundations. Draped in evening shadows cast by the surrounding ruins of Anna's neighborhood, she couldn't get a clear look at what it was. It moved slowly; furtively. Head swiveling back and forth, it was clearly searching for something. A stray step jostled a rock or chunk of house loose and set off another clattering skitter. Small as the figure was, Anna thought it couldn't be too much of a threat but, then again, there was no telling what was a threat here. A rabid dog might not be very big but to a naked fifteen year old girl, it was potentially life threatening. So she sat and waited, as the figure slowly made its way around towards her.
What is it?
