"Hey baby sister, like your new boobs?" you said to Stella as you walked in on her and saw that she was grabbing hold of her new D-Cup breasts with her little hands.

"What happened Nathan?" Stella asked you, a mixture of shock and excitement present in her voice.

You paused briefly before answering her, and you did so with a smile on your face; "Lets just say that big sister Catherine is letting you borrow her boobies for a while" you told her with a wink.

"Cool!" was the short, simple response you got from an excited Stella. You then thought about causing more swaps that involved your little sister, but you weren't sure. And if you did, did you want to swap more of Stella's body parts with someone else's in your family as you had done with Catherine's tits, or with your own body parts?
