You were going to go back to sleep, but then you saw the clock, 7:30. School day or no, you were always an early riser, and this was long past your usual 6:00. You quickly got up, brushed your teeth, brushed your hair, and then went to swap out your pajamas for much more suitable clothing.
"Okay then." You muttered as you looked yourself in the mirror.
Turquoise skirt and a white blouse. You weren't feeling particularly creative today. Besides, since the sun was already up outside, you assumed it would be a rather temperate day today.
You then rushed downstairs. The kitchen was completely deserted. Surprising, usually, by this time, everyone would be in the middle of eating breakfast. However, you then saw the note on the fridge.
Dear Lara,
Needed for an inspection today, please fix your own breakfast.
I'll be back by tonight.

The whole note looked as if it had been scribbled rather hastily. You shrugged and went about fixing yourself a bowl of cereal.
