“Yeah, about that; I’m not going to be the one using the medallion.” Looking at her brother, Lilly said, “You are.”
Robby was slow on the uptake; by time he realized what was going on, Lilly was throwing her jacket and the medallion towards him. He soon felt a familiar tingle as the transformation took effect; the first notable change was his hair growing longer. Robby was understandably furious as his hair grew down to his shoulders and became two shades darker. “Dammit Lilly!” his voice getting higher, Robby said, “You were supposed to use the medallion!”
Lilly watched in silence as the changes progressed; she didn’t say anything until Robby reached inside his shorts and his eyes bugged out. “Sorry Robby; but there was no way I was going to be an icky boy for the next 12 hours.” With a smug smile, Lilly said, “I guess you’ll be peeing sitting down until tomorrow morning.”
Now an exact copy of Lilly, Robby glared at his sister, “I’ll get you back for this, Lilly.”
Lilly burst out laughing, “Wow; I’m adorable when I’m angry.”
Robby took a step towards Lilly; before he could do anything, however, they heard someone at the door. They both turned in that direction as Michelle entered the room. Taking one look at the kids, she said, “I guess that explains where the medallion went.” Bringing the luggage inside the room, she said, “So, whose idea was it to use the medallion?”
Robby pointed an accusatory finger at Lilly, “It was her idea, Mommy; she was going to become my twin, but she used the medallion on me instead.” Pouting, Robby said, “I don’t want to be an icky girl until tomorrow.”
Kneeling on the floor in front of Robby, she embraced him as she looked at Lilly, “I suppose it’s only fair that your brother turns you into a boy.” Getting to her feet, Michelle said, “But I’m too hungry to deal with this right now; so, for tonight I guess I’ll be the mother of two 6-year-old girls.”
