Mother calls

by: Kotori Tachibana Author IconMail Icon
You take the smartphone out of the pink bag in which it is ringing. As you look on the screen you see "Mum" as the name of the caller so you pick up the phone quickly. You think about telling her what Lilly has done to you and that you are not her but Adam. But you have no chance to tell her something, beacause after the greeting she says:
"Lilly my sweetheart I´m realy sorry but Dad and I have to travel for work reasons. You have slept such deeply so I must call you now to tell you about. We´re going to return in two weeks. I have filled the refrigerator with enough food. If you need something while we are on the move, you can call grandma I have informed her. She also will come by and check if everything is going well. Even if we were not at home, I would expect from you to go to school, make your homeworks and keep the house in order. If you have any questions, you can call us in the evening. I have to end the call now my sweetheart our plane is departing soon". With these words she hangs up before you have had the chance to tell her anything about your situation.

After the call is finished it comes to your mind that you don´t know Lilly´s PIN to use her smartphone if necessary. But then you find a short paper in the bag where the phone has been in. On this message is written:

Hello Adam,

I hope you enjoy your new body so far.
I would like to give you some information you will need this summer with this message.
The PIN of my phone is 3358.
In my contacts are saved the numbers of all members of our family.
Don´t try to call Adam, I would not accept the call. I will call you from time to time to tell you about my great experiences in Europe.
Also the numbers of my closest friends Stacy and Emily are saved. If you need some help with shopping or other girl topics, you can ask them anything. But try not to be such atypical they they become suspicious about you. In a drawer of my desk I left a wallet with my savings. I think this is fair because I have taken all your savings with me. Also I have left a timetable with my lessons at school on my desk. Please try to mess up my average not too much.
So I wish you a nice summer as Lilly.

Greetings, your Lilly

After you have read this message you directly go up to your new room and you find the timetable and the wallet. Your generous sister has left 80 Dollar for you. "This beasty little brat", you think as you count the money in the wallet. You have worked hard to save more than 1,000 Dollar for your trip the last two years. Also you have saved all the money you have got as birthday presents. All that money is together with your sister in Europe now and you will have to spend the whole summer with only 80 Dollar left.
A look on the timetable is the only good thing in this situation. Today is Monday. On Monday Lilly´s classes don´t start until the third hour.

So you have time left until you have to go to school.

What do you decide to do now?

You have the following choices:

1. Go to school when the time is up

*Noteb*
2. Call the secretary to say you´re ill

3. Something else

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
