Chapter #4Trying to Contact C.C. by: Lelouch The miniature prince couldn't believe his eyes, one moment he was at a computer, analyzing Knightmares, then his head suddenly felt like it was about to split open, next thing he knew Lelouch was the size of an ant! His head still throbbed slightly, like a severe migraine suddenly appeared.
"What happened?" The young former prince asked himself, there were infinite possibilities, Brittanian Weaponry, Experiment gone awry, Geass reaction, anything could have shrunken Lelouch and he had next to nothing to truely go on. All Lelouch could do was use logic to try and figure out what could have happened. Brittanian interference was a possibility in other circumstances but the Black Knight headquarters were hidden, Brittania would have no idea where they are, let alone get the kind of technology to shrink things without Lelouch picking up on it. A messed up experiment seemed unlikely too, as Zero Lelouch knew all of the runnings of the Black Knights; there were no experiments that could have logically resulted in this, assuming Rakshata didn't do some private experimenting that is. That left the other obvious choice, some sort of reaction involving Geass, and knowing the power Lelouch couldn't be sure of anything.
Suddenly light filled the overall dark room and in strode a woman who appeared as big as the biggest buildings in the world. Lelouch recognized the beautiful woman, the luscious green hair, the white boots, it was his partner and advisor in affairs C.C.
She wore an apathetic look as she eyed around the room, "I thought I sensed something going wrong with Lelouch....." The giantess walked around the edges of the room, seemingly staring at nothing in particular.
Each step C.C. took made a small booming sound, nothing else, just that sound. Lelouch stared at his gigantic comrade with a mixture of awe, desperation, and even...fear. It didn't take a genius to realize that against C.C.'s boots alone Lelouch would end up as a small blemish against the white leather. The prince never felt more powerless, like a bug. But the sudden torrent of negative emotions didn't affect Lelouch's mind or thoughts. C.C. was here, and was pretty much Lelouch's one source of hope of getting out of this unscathed. But Lelouch knew better than anyone that C.C. was a cruel witch, she wouldn't kill Lelouch but it was pretty easy to see her acting pretty much evil towards the shrunken teen. It was a gamble, a risk but Lelouch knew it was worth it. He took off running full speed for the white pillars that were C.C.'s boots, comically running out of breath after ten seconds and walking towards them with a huff.
C.C. just casually kept walking around the room, staring off into space as she thought about Lelouch. Her senses said something was wrong with him, and they were never wrong. Black Knights said Zero never left his room so Lelouch must have still been there, or have gotten kidnapped and if that was the case then there would surely be a clue, and C.C. was searching for that clue. She was too busy examining the walls and furniture to notice the small black speck rushing towards her.
Lelouch kept running towards his mountainous companion, huffing so badly he quickly fell over, tripped on his own cape. "Damn this outfit....why did Zero have to have a cape?" He cursed to himself, rising back to his feet and chasing after C.C. as fast as he could. Lelouch was the worst person suited for this, at best he covered ten meters a minute and C.C....she covered twenty meters per step....the math was pretty clear.
After a few moments of chasing Lelouch collapsed again, "Dammit! Forget this! Zero shouldn't have to chase some womans feet! I'll get her attention another way!" He jumped up, reached a gloved hand into a pocket of his cape and pulled out a pistol, aimed directly at C.C's boot clad feet. "At my size this couldn't possibly hurt her...but it will get her attention." He grinned, his finger pulling the trigger.
A loud bang echoed out as the bullet flew from the gun towards C.C., it easily struck the leather of her boot and made what seemed to Lelouch as a loud ripping noise. Now all he could hope was C.C. herself heard it. indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
