The Pokeball split apart in its middle as it bounced up from the ground after Crystal threw it, white light erupting from the division and spilling onto the laboratory floor. The luster then began to contort and take shape, fading away when it was finished, revealing a bipedal, crocodilian Pokémon with well-developed jaws and red eyes. Down its back was a row of three red spines with a small, red ridge on either side, with a single spike on its tail. This was Totodile, the Big Jaw Pokemon, which it happily announced to the world as it cried out with playfulness. "Dile!" The Pokemon looked up at what it thought was going to be its new trainer, but, curiously, it was met with a pale, creamy orb of some gelatinous material, making the water starter tilt its head in confusion. "To...?"
"I think you need to back up, Crystal." Professor Elm chuckled at the display unfolding before his eyes. "It might be mistaking you for a Snorlax." The soon to be Pokemon Trainer let out a huff of annoyance before obliging, moving her heavy frame backward a tad so that her chosen Pokemon may correctly see its new trainer. The Totodile let out a gasp as the pale orb shrank in size before it looked up past the two other impressively sized spheres to see Crystal's face. A deep blush comes up to its blue cheeks, having never seen a human so...well, big before. It was used to feeling small, but its new trainer loomed over it like a tower; still, with a happy cry, it jumped off from the ground and tried to hug its new master.
The Totodile landed haphazardly atop Crystal's large stomach, almost slipping off the smooth, soft flesh as it gripped her shirt for support, which did nothing to cover her belly. It looked up past the horizon of its trainer's impressive bosom to see her face, looking down on him with an amused expression. "Well, hello to you, too, little guy! Quite affectionate, aren't you?" Crystal reached a chubby hand down to pat the Big Jaw Pokemon on its head. She used that same hand to grab it gently by its torso, lifting it towards her broad shoulder where it may sit. "I can see you better when you're up here. Though thank you for the hug~." She cooed, scratching the underside of its jaw.
"Well, If you're both getting water-type Pokemon..." Ethan let out a confident smirk, though it was less smug and more teasing and playful. "Then I suppose I should get Chikorita, then. Start my journey out with a bit -" The male Pokemon trainer was cut off all of a sudden when Crystal's stomach, still impatiently waiting for food, roared, echoing across the laboratory. Lyra, knowing how her friend can be without food, was wise enough to hand two of the bags full of Miltank Burgers to the hungry trainer, who accepted with a smile on her face. Crystal wasted no time digging out a foodstuff, unpeeling its wrapper, and taking a bite, lavishing her tongue in its juicy, salty flavor. Visions of her childhood swiftly returned to her when she visited the amusement park with her mother, recalling the decadent and hedonistically calorie-laden fast food they had in days gone by.
Why was it that Miltank Burgers were so delicious as opposed to regular hamburgers, famous across Johto & Kanto, and why have the female population ballooned out with fat from them? The answer, though uncomfortable, is simple: because they are made from Miltank meat. Not slaughtered Miltank, however; it is synthetic cultured meat grown in carefully monitored laboratories. Regardless of whether or not it is manufactured, Miltank flesh is fatty and dense, leading to deliciously calorie-soaked food. For reasons still unknown, though some have hypothesized that it could be that the Milk Cow Pokemon is exclusively female, the woman of Kanto & Johto can't stop eating them.
Professor Elm rolled his eyes at the gluttonous display, more than used to it after watching the woman grow up in the town, and excused her to go to someplace more private in the laboratory so she may continue her feast in peace. Of course, the two bags Lyra gave Crystal weren't just contained with burgers; there were baskets of french fries, cups of milkshake, and the hypnotizing yet straightforward scent of grease and salt and fat mixed together. Back in the professor's lobby, she was practically cramming the burger into her mouth as each bite was now almost too big to be real, while her new Tododile watched on with awe at how fast she consumed. Every few seconds, she was swallowing and tearing off another chunk of sandwich, and soon the first burger was gone. The speed with which she bit, chewed, ate, and bit again was unreal, and the water starter questioned how she was able even to breathe as she was more intent on inhaling as much food as she could.
After the burgers came the baskets of french fries, some plain, some covered in cheese, all fattening. Throughout this course, Crystal would stop now and grab an oversized cup filled with soda or milkshake, draining each one entirely before returning to her food. Her approach was to eat and drink everything in the bags Lyra gave her. She wasn't picking and choosing; she wasn't eating a little of this or a bit of that. She only stopped eating when she finally ran out of food, her hand scratching the bottom of the now-empty bags. "Hmm...I'm still kind of hungry..." Crystal rubbed her chin thoughtfully while her stomach, now looking noticeably bigger with all that food packed in it, churned and gurgled audibly. "Hopefully, Lyra won't mid me dipping into her share of the food. I am the bigger girl, after all, with a bigger appetite!"
Totodile watched slackjawed as its new owner proudly slapped her newly enlarged stomach, making the pale orb of feminine fat wobble like gelatin. "Oh, sorry little guy!" Crystal smiled as she patted her new Pokemon's head, taking note of the astonished look on its face. "I forgot you were there for a moment. Don't worry; I'll get you some food, too." The Pokemon wasn't feeling hungry, as seeing its new master eat so much food in one sitting was enough to make it feel full for the rest of the day. However, it recognized that eating food seemed to be what made the trainer happy, and seeing her like that made it cheerful. It made a mental note that if she were ever feeling down, the best thing to do would be to get her some food.
