Ah, breast cream, the best way to enhance your breasts. So, after Yu had left Inaba to go back to the city, the other members of the Investigation Team got much more easily bored. However, it was Rise who first heard of something interesting.
At her relatives tofu shop in the Shopping District of Inaba, two older ladies were talking about an adult show late at night. It was hosted by, who else, but Tanaka. The only catch was that it was for the more adult oriented items, whether that be panties, private toys, or breast enhancing cream! This caught Rise's attention. She herself wasn't in need of breast enhancing, for she was content with her own size, but she knew someone who was a bit down in the dumps for not having knockers like she wanted.
Rise got a grin on her face then looked at the time. Oh, crap! It was almost time for the show to come on! She managed to slip out of the shopping part of the building and got to her room where there laid a TV. She quickly turned it on and switched the channel to Tanaka's show. Yes! She was in luck! There were two things left! She said, why not, and ordered both of them. Hey, they were on sale.
It wasn't long till the cream came in, and Rise made absolutely sure that her relatives wouldn't figure out she bought it. When she opened it, however, there was two huge packs of the stuff! She only thought the stuff was as expensive as it was cause it was rare or something, but no! They were family packs! Rise kinda shrugged it off though. It was for a friend, and... she needed it? Plus, she has been hinting at it a bit to Naoto over the past few days.
Anyway, the day after the cream came in, Rise took both things to school. At lunchtime was when she revealed them to Naoto. Naoto couldn't stop smiling. She hugged Rise tightly and even cried a little. She could now be a full woman.
After the day of school went draggingly by for Naoto, she ran straight home as fast as she could, which actually wasn't all that fast since the immense weight from the packs wasn't exactly light. When she opened the door to her house, she didn't stop to say high to anyone, just straight to the bathroom. She knew that the bathroom would be the safest place to do this since if anyone came barging into her room, it would be way too awkward. She took out the packs of cream, took of her school uniform and started to apply the cream to her breasts, but no matter how hard she applied, nothing was happening.
