He wants to have fun with her feet

Ruto backs away at those words and begins to get nervous.
"Wh what do you mean? I've done as you've asked. Now please leave me alone!" shouts Ruto.
"Oh but princess, I feel like I should return the favor, after all you did such a good job on my feet!" says Aqua, eyeing Ruto's feet.
Ruto backs away further and feels a tree at her back. Aqua approaches her and puts a hand on her shoulder. Ruto nervously looks up at him.
"It's okay princess, I'm not going to hurt you" Aqua tries to reassure her "you saw how much I enjoyed it, surely you would like to see how it feels?"
Ruto did want to, though she didn't want to let him know. She could still taste his feet in her mouth and was beginning to wonder what it would feel like. She decided he would have to earn his way to her feet.
"Alright I admit it, I am curious. However, you won't be licking my feet anytime soon!" says Ruto. She can see him getting a little annoyed at her and she was liking it.
"But princess, if your curious then why don't you let me lick them?" Aqua asks.
Ruto giggles a little "Well unlike you, I like to know them before I let them lick my feet!"
"Well, what would I need to do?" Aqua asks.
Ruto smiles, starting to enjoy the power she had over this older Zora. "Well it depends on how obidient you intend to be!" Ruto says.
"Then what do you want me to do princess?" Aqua asks her.
