Options for a slow growth

Option 1: there's a lab accident at school and she gets hit with a mixture of chemicals which makes her grow when she has any negative feelings

Option 2: Sharpay has a car accident leaving her on life support and is facing death. with his only daughter on deaths door Sharpay's farther finds and finances a way to save her and it works but with a unknown side effect that no one saw coming, she's slowly growing taller

Option 3: desperate to gain Troys affection Sharpay finds out that he's attracted to tall girls and finds a way to grow a couple of inches
