People fusing together

Ben and Sean are roommates. Not for a whole apartment, but for a literal room. To maximize space efficiency, they’d sleep in the same bed as one another, a top bunk with a desk space beneath it. One day, Ben woke up before Sean did, and upon climbing out of bed, realized that sean’s snoring never dwindled. Passing a mirror, Ben realized that it was because Sean’s head was attached to his neck, in tandem to his own head. Moreover, the pair had two sets of arms and legs. After checking the pair’s underwear (which was half what Ben wore to bed and half of what Sean wore), Ben confirmed that there was two of... that... also. What will Ben do?
