So.. let's decide how this happened. How about... the four of them strangely regress after trying on a set of Miss Yamanaka's outfits? These outfits are baby themed and they're sorta forced to put them on, diaper changes and all. The outfits consist of adorable dresses that don't go much below the waist, allow their cute diapers to be easily seen. Azusa doesn't get an outfit because Yamanaka made the outfits before she joined the club and it slipped her mind.
