Chapter #4

Someone else.

You left the house and peered into the street at all the people around, you had tried out the 'Age' button so you knew that worked, but now you were eager to see what else your wonderous device could do. "Alrighty...something small to begin with I think" you muttered, aiming the remote at a woman walking down the opposite side of the street. You pressed the #1 button...followed by the 'Hands' button.

A purple colored beam suddenly shot out of the remote and struck the woman, an invisible (to everyone else) energy field surrounding her for a moment, then you felt your own hands beginning to tingle. The beam suddenly retracted back into the remote and you kept looking at the woman, whose age you estimated to be about 40 years.

It took you a minute or so to notice what had happened to your own hands.

"Holy shit!" you gasped, holding up the hand that you weren't holding the remote with. Both your hands were now smaller than they had been, a slightly darker skin tone contrasted with the rest of your arms, and they looked considerably older than the rest of your body. Most noticeable of all were your fingernails, which were now longer and painted a deep shade of red.

"I got her hands!" you said, as a smile appeared on your face.

You looked up to look at the woman you had just swapped hands with...but she was gone. "Crap!" you exclaimed, before again looking at the feminine hands now attached to your arms.

"Oh well, I suppose I can always...

You have the following choices:
