30th century Gotham, it is a place that has been completly evolved from the dark cese pool of garbage and villany, and with the crime being erased so has The Batman. Indeed The Dark Knight has become an ancient memory and is only heard of in stories and legends, but don't let the lack of thugs and hoods fool you 30th century Gotham is an evil place it has become an omni-corporation in which law and order has been replaced with capitalisim and profit and the political officials that are supposed to run the city are instead run themselves by the highest bidder, here the wealthy and successful answer to no laws and are free to swindle, extort, corrupt and destroy as they please and being an honest enforcer of the law is a death sentence. Will Starshadow should know his parents were once the to plawyers in Gotham but unfortunately they tried to prosecute the higes buisnessman in the city the mogul known as Brian Luthor, Luthor had been accused of providing ships for slave traders outside of the United-Planets. On the eve of the last part of the trial Will's parents had been killed when a bomb set off in their office erasing all evidence and causing the trial to end in a miss-trial. Eight years old at the time and having inherited his parents Will remembered the legends of Batman who had lost his parents to to evil he has since been spending the last 25 years traveling around earth and beyond tonight he shall don a new cowl and avenge not only his parents but all victims of greed and corporate-crime as Batman
