Liz's second growth spurt

As Morton let himself fall on Liz's boob, feeling in paradise, he suddenly heard her moan, so he looked up. She was biting her lip in pleasure, her eyes closed. "What happens?" "Hold tight to the nipple - I think I'm going to grow more". Just as she finished, she exploded in growth.

The building burst as she grew exponentially for the first seconds. Fortunately, the process slowed down much soon after she went past the mile mark, but she still grew and grew for a while before settling at nearly 4.5 kilometres tall. In the meantime she had grown fond of all this - both the sensations and the vista were blissful. She loved being a giantess!

A new growth spurt would be nearly apocalyptic, though. Does she realize this?
