Tails

It was Tails. He asked you "Why are you so small?" Then Tails noticed the burned ray and then remembered that he lost it. Strangely,he didn't even react. He said "Oh,so that's where my malfunctioning ray went to. Apparently it shrank you,though it's supposed to have a different effect. Not size changing." Suddenly,you felt strange,and dropped unconscious. Apparently the ray's malfunctioning nature resulted not in only being shrunk,but it also had an unfortunate side effect;falling unconscious after about two minutes of being shrunk. Tails then thought "Oh god. Good thing this ray destroyed itself,otherwise it would've wrecked havoc." Then he took you back to his workshop. After a while,you wake up,and find yourself on...
