Although Henrietta is the current Queen, she ultimately decided that sneaking out of the Palace for the day would do her good and hopefully relieve some stress before returning.
"Better get ready then!"
With that Henrietta finishes dressing herself up before getting a hooded cloak to cover herself and quietly snuck out of the Palace. Though along the way she had to convince her bodyguard, Agnes, to let the rest of the Palace know where she would be and not worry too much and that she would return before the day is over.
Eventually, Henrietta managed to leave the Palace grounds and headed into the city. As the disguised young Queen wandered through the streets looking at everything around her she didn't pay attention to where she was going and bumped into someone.
Both quickly apologized before the person Henrietta bumped into interrupted her, "Wait... I know that voice."
Confused, Henrietta looked up and she was surprised when the person she bumped into was none other than Saito!
"Oh! Saito! What are you doing here? And... shouldn't you be accompanied by Louise?"
Saito rubbed his head, "Well I was..."
He then explained that Louise said to meet her in the city a few hours ago. Now though, since his "master" had not arrived for some reason he was trying to figure out what to do now when he bumped into Henrietta.
"So here I am, just wandering around with nothing to do until we bumped into each other."
To Henrietta, it did seem strange that her childhood friend was late to meet with Saito for whatever reason.
"Anyway, what are you doing here your highness? Shouldn't you be at the Palace?" Saito asked.
The young Queen slightly blushed as she embarrassedly replied, "Um... I wanted to get away from the politics and relax for a day."
Saito stared, "...This isn't another plot to expose a traitor again is it?"
"No, no, no! It isn't like that this time! I really wanted to not stress myself as Queen and just be a normal girl for once." Henrietta replied quickly trying to keep Saito's mind at ease at being reminded of the last time he met her in a hooded cloak during Louise's mission a while back.
"...*shrugs* Alright your highness-"
Before he could finish his sentence, Henrietta places a finger on his mouth shutting him up as she looked into his eyes, "Please Saito, call me Ann when it's just you and me. Okay?"
Though outwardly the Queen was calm, her heart was beating quickly at being close to the man she was in love with and thought back to the potion, "Could that have been some sort of luck potion?"
As much as she would like to consider the possibilities of the potion last night, she decided that she would spend as much time with Saito as much as possible.
And maybe win his heart in spite of the pained feeling of betraying Louise, "And... If its alright with you Saito, would you accompany me today?"
Saito blushed, "Of- of course! I would never refuse a request from you your high- I mean Ann!"
Henrietta blushed as she smiled, "Thank you, Saito."
Over the next hour, the two would wander around the City and surprisingly have not encountered Louise yet.
"Maybe the potion did have some kind of effect?" Henrietta wondered, although she did feel odd as her stomach quietly growled resulting in her placing a hand on her stomach.
Saito noticed this, "Are you okay Ann?"
"Uh... I'm fine Saito. Don't worry." Henrietta tried to reassure Saito in spite of the feeling not going away.
Before Saito could reply, both he and Henrietta noticed that it had started to rain.
"Saito, do you happen to know a place where we could take shelter from the rain?" Henrietta asked as Saito tried to think of a place.

"Sorry for such a small room." Saito apologized as he hangs Henrietta's cloak after laying his sword Derfflinger (who had remained silent the entire time) next to a wall.
"No, its actually a nice room." Henrietta smiled much to Saito's amused disbelief she sat on the lone bed in the room of the Inn they were staying at until the rain stops.
"You know, this is almost like the last time we were in a room like this." Henrietta reflected as she looks around the room.
Saito blushed, remembering the"moment" between him and the Queen, "Really? I guess it does."
After Saito finished hanging the cloak and sat with Henrietta on the bed, she suddenly grabbed his attention, "Saito... thank you for agreeing to my selfish request to accompany me."
"It's nothing, Ann. I actually enjoyed spending time with you." Saito bashfully replied resulting in Henrietta to blush and her heart beating quickly.
"I-I'm glad!" The young Queen replied as just as her stomach unexpectedly bubbled and growled!
Henrietta's face went red in embarrassment as Saito jumped in surprise, "I'm fine! Really, I'm just a little hungry that's all-"
But she suddenly clutched her stomach in as the sound of her stomach became even worse!
Saito became concerned, "Are you okay? Are you sick?"
But the only response was Henrietta groaning as her body started to ache, "Saito... I-"
Suddenly, they both heard an odd sound before they looked down and to their surprise saw Henrietta's high heels seemingly stretch as her foot expanded! Then the young Queen noticed that her dress started to feel tight as her perspective started to rise.
"A-Aan? You're-!" Saito started causing Henrietta to turn to him only to gasp when she realizes she was eye level with Saito... and passing it!
"W-what's happening to me?!"
The moment she said that her dress started to rip in several areas including her chest when she looked down and noticed that her breasts seemed to be getting bigger than what she was used to!
During this, Saito had gotten off the bed and slowly back up as he watches the Queen grow bigger before his eyes passing his own height and still growing.
"S-Saito, help me!" Henrietta pleaded as she passes the 6 feet.
Flabergasted, Saito could only reply, "Wh-what could I even do?!"
Neither of them could say or do anything as Henrietta gasped when her growth suddenly speeds up and past 7 feet leaving only most of what remained of her destroyed dress barely covering her as her feet burst out of her high heels while her underwear strained against not only her taller frame but also her slowly expanding breasts and hips!
As her Tiara fell from Henrietta's head, she could only think back to last night, "Could... could this be the true effect of that potion?!"
