The two walked through town, the few onlookers gawking up at Tyler as they passed. Kristi decided to tell him the truth about her power. How she had helped the old man across the street, how he had given her the power she now had, everything. Afterward, Tyler remained silent, taking it all in.
After a painfully long time, Kristi spoke up. "So...what do you think?"
"I think it's cool," he replied, looking down at her. "I mean, you've given me the body I've always wanted. I can't tell you how happy I am now. I was finally able to stand up to Ethan. All in all, it's turning out to be a fantastic day."
"You mean, you're not mad?"
"Why would I be mad?" Tyler responded. "I love this body. I feel so powerful. I owe you a debt of gratitude, actually. The only downside is that I can't fit into any of my clothes now."
"Oh, I can fix that," Kristi replied. She concentrated, imagining that Tyler had always been the size he was now, and that his wardrobe would reflect that. Almost immediately, his jersey lengthened, giving him more room to move around in it. His sweat pants disappeared, being replaced by a pair of jeans to fit his humongous lower body. Next, a pair of size 32 sneakers covered his feet.
"Wow, that is awesome," Tyler said afterward, looking down at his new clothes. "It's like you can do anything."
"Anything to boys, that is," Kristi corrected him.
Tyler noticed that the people passing by had stopped looking up at him, which was a relief to him. He didn't really like being the center of attention, anyway.
"Hey, you want to go to the mall, to hang out?" he asked Kristi.
"Sure," she responded, as they walked off in the direction of the mall. A short while later, they arrived, sitting down in one of the tables at the food court.
"I'm going to go get some lunch," Tyler said, standing up.
"Get me a Caesar salad," Kristi said. "And a Diet Coke." He nodded, walking off to fill the order. Kristi sat patiently, watching people walk by.
A little while later, Kristi looked over to see a few kids from school, a boy and a girl. They were standing next to a Subway restaurant, talking. Just for fun, Kristi decided to grow the boy. She began by widening out his shoulders, filling his upper and lower back with mass a she did so. The boy's arms were next, eventually reaching 20" around. Finally, his legs thickened, his quads and hamstrings growing, while his calves rounded into a diamond-sharp 16 inches She also grew the boy about a foot in height, making him a foot taller than the girl.
Kristi also made sure that his clothes grew with him, to avoid any unwanted commotion.
"Hey, Kristi!" someone yelled at her. Kristi recognized the voice, smiling as she turned around to greet the person.
