The yawn from Lady Tsunade cause Naruto to fly up and get sucked into to her mouth. When she began to exhale Naruto was stopped by the back of Lady Tsunade's teeth blocking him from leaving and fell onto her tongue. When her mouth began to close Naruto failed to get unstuck from her tongue then turned his attention to not getting swallow.
Naruto then began to squirm in fear of being swallowed and was an attempt to get her attention, "Hmm" Lady Tsunade questioned then swallowed more tiny Naruto down in thought that he was a after piece of food left in her mouth.
Naruto felt himself slip through Lady Tsunade's mouth and right down her throat. However the moment he fell into Lady Tsunade's stomach and right into her warm stomach acid. Luckily his clothed seemed to be alright and he was being burned by the acid at all but he still needed to escape and fast.
Naruto came up with the right plan of creating many multi-shadow clones and to create a stomach ache for Lady Tsunade and force her to throw him up.
