You pick the woman walking her dog. Morphing someone while they were driving is dangerous and irresponsible. Transforming the mailman was rude since you're interrupting him at work, plus he might go "postal". You pick the woman with the dog.You've seen her walk her little pomeranian/doberman mix,and she usually passes by twice,so you can moniter her "progress" and stop it if something goes wrong.You aim it in her direction(from the vantage point of your bedroom window).
