Laura's head cocked back as she felt a particularly big sneeze brewing. AH-AH... But nothing came. She sighed with relief, and the feeling quickly passed. Laura relaxed and was thankful she didn't sneeze. She wasn't sure what another sneeze would bring and didn't really want to find out.
She grabbed a small bit of her now longer hair and thought of what to do about it. Laura had always wanted some longer hair, but this was a bit much. She needed a hair cut. She thought for a moment about who she could call on to cut her hair and not make make her look ridiculous. Her boyfriend Dave crossed her mind.
If he messes up, he will be the one dating a bald girl... she thought.
Laura made up her mind and gave Dave a call.
"Hello, Laura. What do ya need?" Dave asked.
"Well. I know this is gonna sound strange, but could I persuade you to come over?"
"I guess so. Is something wrong?"
"Well, kinda. I really just need a small favor", Laura replied, her voice trembling slightly. "Could you give me a hair cut?"
"What? Why do you want me to cut your hair?"
"Well, let's just say it's not as manageable as it used to be, and I can't go to a professional. Please? It will make sense when you see it...", she begged.
"Yeah sure, not a problem. Just don't get mad if I screw it up", Dave chuckled.
Relieved, Laura said her goodbyes and hung up the phone. Working fast, Laura and her hair ran around her house gathering some basic hair cutting supplies so Dave could get started right away. She grabbed a sheet, a comb, a hair brush, and of course some scissors. Figuring that was all she needed, Laura sat down at the table with her hair cutting supplies and waited eagerly for Dave.
As she grew somewhat impatient, Laura began to fiddle with her long hair. Unknowingly a stray strand broke free and floated to her nose. Suddenly Laura felt a familiar tickle in her nose. AH AH AHHHHHH AHCOO! Laura sneezed again. She slowly opened her eyes and realized...
