Crashing into the parallel you, the pair of you fall in a tangle of limbs. The point of divergence is clear, as you apologise, and struggle to your feet. The blurring, dizzying effect of the portal now behind you, the parallel reality too sharply focused.
"I'm... Eve." she offers. Your own hand resting obliviously in her cleavage. Snatching it back awkwardly, "I'm Adam..." your apology more of a stammer.
Straightening up, you tower over her, belatedly offering her your hand to help her up. Your clothes are both plain lab coats, and as Eve steadies herself, you see she's a few inches shorter than you.
