Lauren pointed at the watch in the glass display case. It had the numbers displayed in Roman numerals. The watch was very classy.
The watch had a very elegant look to it so she asked to have it gift wrapped for Valentine's Day especially for Andy, her eighteen year-old boy friend.
Andy was a senior in high school, he wasn't the biggest or the tallest guy in school, but she liked him anyway. This watch would make him feel special. So the store clerk rang it up and she paid for it using her credit card. Then, she got it inside of a nice box and gifted in a bag before she walked out the door. Once she arrived home, she found some wrapping paper and took time to wrap the box containing the watch in the colorful gift wrapping paper. All she had to do now is wait for the right moment to present the gift to Andy...
The following day, she met Andy at the small cafe down the street. They talked and sipped in coffee while sitting at a small table in the corner of the cafe when she presented him with a small box wrapped in red wrapping paper. When he opened the box, he was delighted to find the beautiful, gold watch!
He immediately removed the old plastic watch from his wrist and replaced it with the new one. As he wore the watch, Lauren noticed that Andy's voice started to sound deeper and that he began to grow a little more hair on his chin and mustache.
