Stacy objects to it

Stacy feels the collar clank around her neck. She looks and the collar, then at Amanda, who is holding a leash.

"What the Hell are you...."

Suddenly, Stacy's throat began to tingle. Stacy ignored it and tried to continue to speak.

"Bark bark."

Stacy quickly covered her mouth and Amanda just smiles. Stacy tries again.

"Bark!"

Stacy suddenly wimpers. Amanda gloats.

"You know that there is a leash law in the city, Stacy. All dogs must have a leash."

As soon as Amanda finishes her statement
