My eyes hazed as I regarded my boyfriend. I knew was Colin sitting there in the tent but for a moment I was seeing a heaped pile of rib racks. Steaming, glistening in the mid-twilight. Hell, I even smelled something delicious. My stomach roared louder than it ever had before that point as I took my first shaky step towards the tent. My stomach hurt so bad after that sip of water I had to clutch it, not that it did anything for the hunger pains i felt. I took another step... and another... I got closer to Colin inside the tent. I was so intent, however that I failed to see an exposed root in the ground and you tumbled down in an ungraceful heap just outside of the tent.
Colin, having not heard me at all turns abruptly and immediately assesses the situation. Most boyfriends would probably laugh at their girlfriend's clumsiness, but then most boyfriends aren't Colin. He has never been anything but sweet to me and he sure doesn't let me down that day.
"Aw babe, jeez! What happened are you hurt?" He asked softly.
I groaned in pain, but it had nothing to do with having fallen. Shit, I barely felt anything over the ravenous beast my stomach had suddenly become. Whats more I was definitely thinking of eating Colin right there. I felt ashamed, especially since he had me cradled in his arms at that point. What even happened to me after drinking that water.
In a shaky voice I replied, "..C-colin... I'm fine. Well no im actually NOT fine. Something... something happened to me...."
Colin, his cute face hanging over mine only looked concerned. His lips parted, but I also had something to say.
Heh, what happened next? it was a Fucking whirlwind...
