Definition of a Coward

You are absolutely horrified by your situation! Your mom is ginormous and with her feet so massive she could very easily kill you without noticing. You run around her big feet and sprint through your room to get to the open door. Now in the wide and long hallway, you see your now colossal 13 year old sister, Shannon, walking down!
Thud, Thud, Thud!
Despite walking on soft carpet, her foot falls create an audible bass with each step that makes the floor tremble. The titanic teen looks like she is about to step on you without noticing as she continues to walk forward while you can do nothing but lift your hands up and vain! It became very apparent that you were way less than an inch tall, more like 1/8th of an inch tall!
"No, Shannon! Don't step on me!" You scream but luckily the giantess stops right in front of you, her foot crashing down causes you to be greeted with a wash of displaced air, dust and a mini earthquake that makes your insides quiver. You shiver as you look up and you notice her brown sandal's soles are taller than your body, craning your neck back, you can barely make out her face high above! You run back to try to get away before she takes a step forward or something but instead you meet your mom's massive heeled open toe shoe-clad feet again as she steps out of your room and causes the ground to shake even more violently than Shannon. Her feet also land in front of you to create similar chaos as you are under the noses of the giants above. You look up and the two of them talk to each other.
"Where could he be", your mom asks Shannon.
"Maybe he's at a friend's house or something I'm hungry can we eat now?" She replies.
You think you can run down the hallway and into the living room right now. What should you do now...
