It definitely won't hurt. Besides, it might be your very last normal snack, given the rate how fast you shrink.

It is your husband's note - he never tells you his plans, but usually it is nothing special. He, however, leaves home several hours later than you, so he usually leaves this kind of notes to notify you if something happens.
