Beginning of a Strange Journey

You're Ian Kropp, a pretty average 17 year old guy who has just moved to the Hoenn region. Specifically, you've moved to Fallarbor Town, a boring place in the middle of nowhere. Without much to do, you decided to explore the nearby Meteor Falls. When you arrive, you see a kid fighting some suspicious looking characters. Team Magma, you think they called themselves. Wanting to stay out of it, you hide behind one of the many meteors in the area. Then, just as you think you're safe, some weird ooze comes out of the meteor. You start feeling kinda dizzy, and you hear a voice in your head tell you: "Do not be alarmed... the ooze has gifted you with an amazing power, the ability to-"
